“Ron brings extensive expertise to his role, having spent many years advising public companies on corporate governance issues and securities law compliance,” said Georgeson US president William Jackson. “His experience providing guidance on annual meetings, special meetings and corporate actions will be a great benefit to our clients.”
Prior to joining Georgeson, Ron oversaw the development of capital markets and corporate governance training and research products at LexisNexis as Director of Content and Product Initiatives, Securities and Capital Markets and Content Manager. He also served as Corporate Secretary and Associate General Counsel for Saks Incorporated and Assistant Corporate Secretary and Corporate Counsel for MasterCard Incorporated.
A member of the New York Bar since 2000, Ron is also a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania and graduated from Yale University with a Bachelor of Arts with distinction.
