Anne brings extensive experience to her role, providing public companies with expert guidance on complex corporate governance issues including proxy and disclosure matters, SEC reporting, shareholder engagement, advisory firm policies, board-related issues, and executive compensation.

A member of the New York Bar since 1999, Anne serves on the Corporate Governance Committee of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association and is a co-editor of the committee’s CGC In Sight publication. She is a member of the Securities Law Committee of the Society for Corporate Governance and frequently writes and speaks on corporate governance issues for industry publications and events.
Prior to joining Georgeson, Anne was a member of the Capital Markets & Banking group at Debevoise & Plimpton in New York City. She received her Juris Doctor from Columbia University and graduated cum laude from Williams College with a Bachelor of Arts.
